After exploring various aspects of the US plant IP on June 15, CIOPORA is now turning its gaze East. China Plant Breeders' Rights (PBR) will be in the focus of CIOPORA's second IP Forum 2021 on July 8 with the high-level governmental guests, IP experts, and plant breeders on the panel.
The event will provide an update on the status quo of China PBR from the system governing authorities, including MARA and NFGA, and offer an opportunity to discuss the draft PBR regulation, get insights on the PBR enforcement practices, and review relevant court cases, such as the Pomelo case.
When? 8 - 10:00 AM (CEST) on July 8, 2021 - Check your time zone.
