In July 2017, the CPVO circulated a revised version of the Guidelines and Explanatory notes on Variety Denominations reflecting the discussions held during the WG meeting in June 2017 in Paris. The document aims at clarification of variety denominations which will be accepted by the CPVO in the future.
In order to collect the last round of feedback from its members before the review by the Administrative Council of the CPVO on March 21 and 22, 2018, CIOPORA disseminated the draft documents among its membership. The comments and questions can be submitted to the CIOPORA Office until February 19.
